Cloud Architecture

Regulated SaaS Platform Across Canada and Mexico

Context
A regulated SaaS platform serving 7,000 users across clients in Canada and Mexico, built on AWS with 17+ services and microservices supported by more than 60 CI/CD pipelines.
Challenge
The platform needed to operate under regulatory constraints while staying reliable and quickly recoverable as the service and its client base grew.
What I did
Designed secure authentication and SSO using AWS Cognito and JWT lifecycle management, and established monitoring and operational practices across production environments.
Results
  • 99.5% uptime SLA maintained across production
  • Mean time to recovery reduced by more than 90%

Blockchain-Based SaaS for Regulated Financial Services

Context
Blockchain-based SaaS products for regulated financial-services use cases, managed across 12 environments within the code lifecycle.
Challenge
Delivery required secure, auditable DevOps workflows and a path to the cloud that would not disrupt regulated operations.
What I did
Implemented SSO integration and observability across the CI/CD pipeline, and directed the cloud migration strategy using canary and blue/green deployment practices.
Results
  • 12 environments managed through a secure, structured code lifecycle
  • Cloud migration delivered through canary and blue/green deployments
